FAQ's: Here are some of the topics Giana gets asked about frequently and her replies:

1:ORDERS

"Forty years of working as a potter /artist makes it difficult to represent the full dimensions of my work. I often create a piece for a customer after hearing their requests. I sometimes send a sketch for approval, and involve the customer in making suggestions or changes from the original consultation. This is provided free of charge.

If I feel the commission could be too difficult to create using any of the methods I use -- thrown or hand-built -- I will offer options.

I enjoy being the "Neighborhood Potter" and enjoy working with individuals and shopkeepers to create the right design for the individual customer, retail or wholesale.

Working with ceramic decals for branding with logos or photo transfers is available. Prices for these services are available on request."

2:RETURNS

     

 

      "If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return* in original box and shipping materials, and your order will be remade to your specifications. To avoid this hassle, I am more than happy to provide you with photos before the shipping of your items. Custom pieces are a large part of my business, and I am happy to discuss your pieces before, during, and after the prices are made. I have a very high standard for what leaves the pottery studio! Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or specifics about your order."
